Human Link


Human Link is contracted by the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) to conduct influenza and coronavirus research in the Middle East under the umbrella of the NIH’s Centers for Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (CEIRS).

Human Link collaborates with the World Health Organization Collaborating Center on the Ecology of Animal Influenza Viruses based at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Human Link currently conducts influenza and Corona virus research in Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Tunisia.

Human Link is currently working with the WHO to prepare a guidance Document for developing pandemic preparedness plans for the Eastern Mediterranean region.
